Single Hook With Nut

Double Hook With Nut

TUOKE forged double hooks with nut — DIN 15402 blanks, shank threaded per DIN 15403, fitted with matching forged nuts. No. 10–No. 250, non-standard up to 5,000 t. Double hook design ideal for shipyard and port cranes. Materials P–V grades, full certificates including 3.1, NDT and tensile test.

Ramshorn Hook With Nut

TUOKE forged double hooks with nut — DIN 15402-B blanks, shank threaded per DIN 15403, fitted with matching forged nuts. No. 2.5–No. 250, non-standard up to 5,000 t. Materials from StE 355 (P/M) to 30CrNiMo8 (V), full certificates including 3.1, NDT and tensile test. Primarily used for marine operations

Forged Single Hook Assembly

TUOKE forged single hook assemblies — machined shank with forged crosshead, nut, bearing and thick-plate safety latch. DIN 15401/15412/15413, strength grades M–V, ready for pulley block installation.

Double Hook Assembly-DIN 15402

DIN 15402 hook assemblies from No.10 to No.250, complete with crosshead, nut and thick-plate safety latch. All components are forged from matched material grades (StE 355 to 30CrNiMo8, P–V), heat treated and NDT inspected, ready to install into pulley blocks for port and shipyard cranes.

Ramshorn Hook Assembly-DIN15402B

TUOKE DIN 15402 B forged ramshorn hook assemblies, WLL 2.5t–5,000t, No.12–No.250. Forged hook with crosshead and nut in matched material grades (P–V), heat treated, UT+MT inspected, EN 10204 3.1 certified, thick-plate safety latch included.

Our Forging Process

Material Preparation

Certified alloy steel billets (34CrNiMo6, 42CrMo4, 34CrMo4, etc.) are selected and cut to precise weight. 100% incoming material inspection ensures traceability from the very first step.

Heating

Billets are heated in programmable gas-fired furnaces to exact forging temperature. Uniform heating prevents internal defects and ensures consistent grain flow.

Forging

Four hydraulic presses (up to 10,000T) shape the heated billets into hooks, wheels, or custom profiles. Over 200 forging die sets cover DIN standard and non-standard specifications from #2.5 to #250.

Rough Machining

CNC lathes and machining centers remove excess material and bring forgings to near-net shape, preparing surfaces for final precision work.

Heat Treatment

Controlled quenching and tempering achieve the required mechanical properties — hardness, tensile strength, and impact toughness — per international standards and customer specifications.

Finishing

Final machining achieves tight tolerances on critical dimensions. Surface quality is refined to meet strict specifications for assembly and performance.

Final Inspection

100% ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, dimensional verification, and hardness testing. Products ship with full EN 10204-3.1 certificates and classification society approval (LRS, DNV, ABS, BV).
